Refund & Cancellation Policy

How payments, refunds, and cancellations work for our educational programs.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments for our educational programs are handled. By enrolling in or purchasing any program from The Simple Trade, you agree to this policy.

In short: our fees are for access to educational content and mentorship, and are non-refundable once you enrol. Please be sure before you book.

1.Fees are non-refundable

All fees paid for our paid programs (including the mentorship program) are for access to educational content and personal guidance, and are non-refundable. This is because access and materials are delivered digitally, seats are limited, and the full curriculum and resources are made available to you on enrolment.

2.Mentorship program

The mentorship program runs in small batches with a strictly limited number of seats. Once you enrol, your seat is confirmed and reserved for you, and the fee cannot be refunded. We encourage you to review the program details and reach out to us with any questions before enrolling.

3.Webinars and the eBook

Our webinars and our eBook are provided free of charge, so there is nothing to refund. If you cannot attend a webinar you registered for, you may simply not attend.

4.Cancellation by you

You may stop using our programs or unsubscribe at any time. However, in line with Section 1, fees already paid are not refunded.

5.Duplicate or erroneous payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same program, or are charged but do not receive access, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@thesimpletrade.com with your payment details. After verification, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount.

6.Refund processing

Where a refund is approved (for example, a verified duplicate payment), it will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's timelines.

7.Rescheduling

We may occasionally reschedule a session or batch. If we do, we will inform you in advance and your access will continue for the rescheduled session. Rescheduling by us is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
